When am I issued my NutriFirst VIP card and number?

For new VIP members, your VIP card and number will be issued when NutriFirst delivers your first order. And as a new member, NutriFirst will be giving away 1 free NutriFirst Shut Up and Train Shaker and 1 free NutriFirst Black Gym towel. (while stock lasts, worth S$13.00)

 

When does my NutriFirst VIP card expires?

Currently, there is no expiry date for all VIP card members. No time limit. Members can enjoy VIP rates on every purchase every time.

 

I have forgotten/ lost my VIP card, and I need to make a new order, how?


In the case of customers forgetting/ losing their VIP card/no., they are still entitled to the VIP prices listed on our site upon verification from our sales team.

When placing your order online, do remember to state in the VIP number field as 'forgot'. Our sales team will process your order as per normal upon verification of the customer billing information given.
