True passion drives me – passion for fitness, passion for teaching and desire for self-improvement. It was getting control over my own health and fitness that taught me how difficult it is for an average person to find time each day to spend in a gym. As a multi-sports athlete, I am constantly striving for new personal bests. My focus and perseverance help me attain new goals. I hope this same enthusiasm fuels my clients in reaching their own personal bests. My number one goal is to help my clients exceed their own expectations and to see the results filter into all other areas of their lives. I strive to not only motivate my clients on the way to their goals, but also to educate them about how to maintain results.
