I’m Fazil and I believe that no one is born with a high fitness level. One has to work hard to achieve this. By this, I mean satisfying the 5 components of fitness namely, cardio vascular, muscular strength, functional(core), flexibility and diet. All 5 have got to exist together.
I lead by example and I satisfy all the 5 in my daily life. Aside from these, I do not smoke and have never done steroids. I work hard to get to where I am now, physically.
As a trainer, my clients' safety is of the utmost importance. Then come their health concerns and objectives. I treat my clients like my friends and when friendship develops, training will be FUN! |
