great bedtime protein. perfect for in between meals. gained 2kg after a tub of this. (lasted for about 3 weeks.) very surprised since i'm a freaking hard gainer.
great if stacked with ON Gold Standard whey (post/pre workout) and creatine monohydrate. (prolly works even better with ester ethyl creatine)
taste like melted ice cream (choco supreme) and taste especially superb with milk(HL). though its kinda thick compared to normal whey, which is expected from a micellar casien.

This is a extremely good to take especially as a bed time supplement which makes it different from other protein supplements which you should not take at night. Casein gives up to 7hours on average of protein insertion to your body whereas whey protein gives around 45 minutes which is more beneficial pre/post workout. Casein is most beneficial to take pre workout not immediately before like whey though or whenever you feel you should be taking in protein as you may be busy for a couple of hours.

Casein protein is slow-releasing and this is good because our body may not be able to absorb all the protein at once. This would then provide a sustained release of protein for our body to use for recovery. I would recommend this to be mixed with whey protein because fast acting protein is essential to bring the body from a catabolic to anabolic state. This should also be taken just before bedtime as the body will be starved for quite a number of hours.

Great night time protein for guys like me that has a body type of an ectomorph. High metabolism rate sometimes will make your hard gained muscles shrink or go in the state of catabolism. Take it roughly 45mins before bedtime so that you don't feel bloated and queezy. Price could be 10$ cheaper maybe?

Try it once, cookies&cream flavour..excellent! Mixes easily & no lumps..way better than MP casein which is very lumpy..definitely recommended..
