I’m sure you know vitamins and minerals are good for you. And I’m sure you know there are many different vitamins and minerals you should take every day. But why aren’t you taking them? You will usually obtain them through the recommended 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of vegetables. But let’s be honest. How many of you actually consume the recommended intake? These vitamins and minerals are essential for our everyday bodily functions and here are the benefits of them.
