I first started to appear and be involved with Team Iron Behemoths since mid year of 2007, under the leadership of Samuel “Hulk Lim” which I met in the gym.
What is your training routine, diet, and what supplements do you take to get your ripped body?
Training Routine are as follows:
- Monday : Chest, Triceps, Calves and Abdominals
- Tuesday : Legs, Shoulders
- Wednesday : Back, Biceps, Calves and Abdominals
- Thursday : Shoulders and Trapezius
- Friday : Legs, Calves and Abdominals
- Saturday : Chest, Biceps, Forearms and Triceps
- Sunday : Back, Calves and Abdominals
Daily Diet and Nutrition:
Morning :
Blended of the following, 3 scoops oatmeal, 2 tablespoon of raisins, 2 tablespoon of honey, 1 big banana, 25 grams of almond, 1 scoop NutriFirst whey protein and 500 ml of water.
Mid-morning :
1 scoop of NutriFirst whey protein and 1 big apple
Lunch :
500 grams of either chicken breast meat or beef with broccoli, carrots, corn, potato, and brown rice
Mid-afternoon :
1 scoop of NutriFirst whey protein and 1 big banana
Evening :
500 grams of fish fillet with green vegetables
Mid-night :
3 slices of bread with peanut butter and orange juice and fruits
